On April 30th, we celebrated PonePin 2025 at the UPV — the institutional event where we bid farewell to the outgoing team of the Student Council of the Universitat Politècnica de València (CEUPV) and welcomed both the incoming team and the new representatives from the various school delegations.

During the event, we heard speeches from Javier Esquerdo Bernat, outgoing president of the CEUPV; Elena García Lleó, the newly appointed president; and Jose E. Capilla, rector of the UPV. Their words highlighted the essential role of student representation in building a more participatory and engaged university.

One of the most symbolic moments was when each school delegate took the stage with their team to receive the pin — a token that represents their commitment to student representation and university involvement.

This event goes beyond a simple team transition. It’s a celebration of the value of student leadership, the dedication of those who work daily to improve university life, and the enthusiasm with which new teams step into their responsibilities.

From the CEUPV, we want to express our gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey, and we wish the best of luck to those now beginning a new chapter.
